EDUARDO ARROYO

Born 1937 in Madrid - lives in Paris and Madrid.

Due to his disapproval of the Franco regime Arroyo emigrated in 1958 to Paris. After Franco's death Arroyos works were shown in a retrospective in Madrid, followed by exhibitions in Centre Georges-Pompidou, the Guggenheim Museum and other cities such as Berlin, Dortmund, Lausanne, Munich, Paris, Rotterdam, Venice etc. Eduardo Arroyo is not only regarded as one of the important painters in our time, he is also active as author and stage designer.

His works are owned by renowned national and international museums and private collections worldwide.
